December 28, 2019 – January 4, 2020
All life is sacred. We make it beautiful or we stay in the rhythms handed down to us from our families.
Join us for a week of our family’s sacred practices of re-connection to Source. Spend the transition of 2019 into 2020 cleansing your mind, body and spirit with the ancestral medicines of the Central American people.
This epic week of healing will include temazcal, medicine ceremony, bodywork and yoga, the most sacred beach we know and cuisine to nourish and heal. The connection with self + Madre Tierra will help you on your infinite path of remembrance. We are vibrating together as one unified consciousness, becoming more aware and in tune, releasing mental patterns that no longer serve.
Begin conversations with yourself and your body that facilitate healing. Let the hidden ways of our ancestors mixed with new paradigm consciousness connect you deeply. Our retreats are always a mix of deep spiritual awakening and ancient friendships reconnected. Expect to expand with grace and have a good time while healing!
