I purchased a reading - how long will it take to schedule?
Whether you are purchasing an astrology reading with Johnny or a Goddess Council with Ashley, please allow 7 business days as a grace period to schedule your reading.
If you are paying with a credit card and not using PayPal, please allow an additional 3 business days for payment processing.
If you are booking an astrology reading, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before reaching out for technical assistance, be sure to check your spam and search for this email address to make sure it didn’t get missed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Debit/Credit card (processed via Stripe)
Canceling your Membership
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions – By canceling your membership, you are opting to cancel only future charges associated with your membership or subscription.
Sovereign Monthly Membership requires a minimum six-month commitment.
Quantum Monthly Membership requires a one-year minimum commitment.
When signing up for either of the above memberships, you agree to the minimum commitment, knowing that you will be unable to cancel before the minimum commitment period.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Your membership or subscription will renew automatically unless you opt to cancel prior to your next billing date. Should you opt to cancel, you can still be access your membership content until your billing date arrives.
Refunds are not issued should you fail to cancel before your next automatic membership renewal billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial for our membership portal.
I can't make it to a livestream event. Will it be available later?
Absolutely! All livestreams will be saved and available in the content portal within 48 hours of the livestream. Livestream recordings will be available to the same tier(s) that the original livestream was available for (ex: if a livestream if only for Quantum members, the saved video will only be available to Quantum members; if it’s an all members livestream, all members will be able to access the saved video).
Where can I access the livestream events?
A link to the livestream event will be at the top of your content portal shortly before the scheduled time of the live. If you do not see the livestream at the top of your content portal at the scheduled time (and no changes to the planned time have been announced), please clear your browser history, specifically cookies and cache, log in again and the stream should be visible at the top of your content portal.
I'm a Source Energy Portal member and my video keeps pausing or freezing while I watch - what can I do?
This is often caused by a connection issue. You can try loading the video for a few moments before hitting play, which should allow enough time for the content to buffer. If you’re still experiencing issues, try switching to a different connection, if available. From there, try logging out, clearing your browser history (specifically your cookies and cache) and try logging in and playing the content again. You can also try accessing the content from a different device. If you feel you need technical assistance, please contact us at email@example.com
Are Source Energy portal classes appropriate for me? I have an injury / I am new to yoga /I am 'out of practice' / I am pregnant
Source Energy Portal offers Infinite Source Yoga, which is accessible and available to all levels and all bodies. As OGYogini is continuing her postpartum journey, we will have content geared specifically towards pregnant and postpartum bodies.
I want more Infinite Source Yoga! Can I upgrade my membership?
